    After a thorough investigation by our Mold Help Panel, we have fully approved this concurred that this company is worthy of the Mold Help Seal of Approval.

    Our initial investigation showed that Jay Barkley, has no other business that Mold Help deems a conflict of interest.

    This is a top notch environmental inspection company with a full range of professionals including highly educated/trained and credentialed inspectors, certified industrial hygienists, and a toxicologist.

    They are recommended for environmental testing and inspection, moisture management and prevention, infection control & epidemiological investigation, as well as expert witness consulting. This company also specializes in asbestos and lead inspections.

    Their goal is to provide cost effective strategies for all indoor air quality needs and appear to share the same values of quality and ethics as the Mold Help Panel of Experts. The main objective of American Environmental Group is to evaluate environmental risk, create a hypothesis for remediation and educate our clients on protection from future liability.

    This does not mean that they will compromise their ethics by creating ?sides? between possible liable parties and those who are looking for the truth.  In other words, as Mr. Barkley told us, they do not favor certain parties over others in investigation techniques or results.

    As part of their evaluation process, we sent AEG on a client call from a referral we received.  The client was pleased and thoroughly satisfied with the professionalism and advice of the staff.  He said that he thought Mr. Barkley was "great."  Mr. Barkley showed him where the water damage was, and helped him every step of the way.

    AEG, American Environmental Group has an extensive client base such as insurance carriers, real estate companies, commercial property management companies, restoration specialists, construction companies, government agencies and private homeowners.

    We rated this company with four stars (excellent) as it is a full service organization designed to be a one stop shop.  They cover all aspects of indoor air quality issues, except remediation, which is regarded highly ethical and respectable; not to create any conflict of interest.

    {mospagebreak}

    AEG is recommended for all jobs, primarily commercial, residential, and prevention/moisture management.  Their staff is especially helpful in s situation that may involve litigation to accommodate causation, forensics, and possible liable issues.

    Their background investigation showed no actions/violations or civil actions against them.  Furthermore, they don?t try to gain profits from otherwise meaningless training/certification programs such as many of their competitors are trying to do.

    They are a very professional organization from every aspect and have signed and agreed to our Mold Help Code of Ethics.
